Horner Park Engagement in Irving Park
I’m so excited to share with you the engagement session I did for Kati and Tim at Horner Park in Irving Park.
Engagement sessions are some of my favorite things to shoot. I get to meet the couple, hear about how they met, and then get to capture them in a way that’s totally unique to who they are as a couple.
I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful engagement session at Horner Park in Chicago. The weather was amazing, it was early fall—the leaves were just turning, which gave us an amazing opportunity to have them do some fun things like dance in the field, explore the nature path and run down the big hill. The couple also was super excited to take some photos in front of the hot dog mural! Kati and Tim really made my job easy. They were so relaxed and natural during the shoot. You could really feel the love between them. I also loved that we got to take advantage of all the lush foliage in the park. It made for some truly gorgeous photos!
