Liz and Jim prepared for their special day separately, each filled with excitement and anticipation. As the sun graced the rooftop terrace, emotions ran high during their heartfelt first look. After their first look we went to a near by bar to grab a drink before hitting up some epic portrait locations.
As a Chicago wedding photographer I always love when every location is walkable. The weather gods seemed to smile upon us as we ventured to some cherished photo spots just steps away from the hotel. The city’s charm and allure added a touch of magic to the snapshots, preserving the joyous memories forever.
The Ceremony
The much-awaited moment arrived, and surrounded by their loved ones, Liz and Jim exchanged vows on the hotel’s scenic rooftop terrace. The mesmerizing cityscape was there to witness it all. The warmth of their affection radiated, creating an atmosphere of pure bliss and love. This Royal Sonesta Downtown wedding really had the most epic view.
The knot was tied, andthe celebration commenced with boundless happiness. Throughout the evening, Liz and Jim couldn’t contain their smiles, their love and joy evident to all.
