As a Chicago wedding photographer, I’m always searching for unique settings that capture the essence of my clients’ love stories. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Becca and Ali amidst the charm of the Garfield Park neighborhood. From the start, it was evident that their Garfield Park engagement session would be filled with authentic moments and genuine connection.

Becca and Ali had a clear vision for their session. They wanted candid shots that reflected the depth of their love. As we embarked on our journey through Garfield Park, it became apparent that this lush neighborhood would provide the perfect backdrop for their story. Lush greenery and spring flowers really added to the vibe of the shoot.
One of the highlights of our session was capturing moments under the iconic El tracks. The urban setting created a striking contrast against Becca and Ali’s love. Despite the looming clouds overhead, we were fortunate that the rain held off until after we finished shooting. It felt like a stroke of luck, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment without interruption.
Throughout our time together, Becca and Ali’s energy was infectious. They laughed, danced, and shared intimate moments that spoke volumes about their bond. It was evident that they were deeply in love, and it was an honor to document their journey.
