The day commenced with Hannah’s preparations at her family’s home—a setting filled with intimacy and cherished memories. The air buzzed with excitement as Hannah’s mother assisted her into her elegant wedding attire, setting the stage for the day’s festivities. I love when getting ready takes place at a home. It brings such an intimate touch to the photos and tends to make people more relaxed.

Eventually we ventured to the Garfield Park Conservatory for the first look. Amidst the lush greenery, we captured timeless moments despite the winter chill. Despite the bustling atmosphere, we found serene spots and lovely lighting for breathtaking photographs. The Garfield Park Conservatory is a perfect photo locations for couples having a winter wedding in Chicago but still want greenery.
Greenhouse Loft Winter Wedding
Our journey continued to the wedding venue, Greenhouse Loft in Logan Square. The indoor ceremony was nothing short of enchanting, with heartfelt vows exchanged amidst the love of family and friends. You can’t go wrong with Greenhouse Loft, their outdoor ceremony space and their indoor ceremony space are both lovely.
The reception overflowed with laughter and heartfelt speeches, but the highlight came as a delightful surprise. Hannah and her father took to the dance floor on roller skates, captivating everyone with their unique routine.
As the celebration reached its peak, I whisked Hannah and John away for a magical champagne spray night shot on the patio. Despite being drenched in champagne, the resulting photo was pure magic.
