I’m so excited to share the beautiful Chicago summer elopement of Monica and Ismael. Their love story is pure magic, and I had the honor of capturing their special day right in the heart of the city.
Our adventure began outside Chicago City Hall, where I met Monica and Ismael just moments after they tied the knot. Their joy was contagious as they stood beneath the iconic City Hall sign, beaming with love and excitement. The way they looked at each other, it was clear these two were head over heels in love.
From City Hall, we made our way to the LaSalle Bridge and the Chicago Riverwalk. There’s something incredibly serene about shooting on the Riverwalk during a weekday—no crowds, just the gentle sounds of the water and the occasional passing boat. It made for the perfect backdrop to capture candid, romantic moments between Monica and Ismael. Their happiness was palpable, and it radiated in every photo we took.
Next, we headed over to the Chicago Theater. This location is a favorite of mine for elopements, and it’s easy to see why. The grandeur of the theater marquee made Monica and Ismael’s love shine even brighter. The theater’s classic charm added a touch of old-world glamour to their modern love story.
We concluded our session at the rose garden in Grant Park. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a serene, floral oasis. Among the blooming roses, Monica and Ismael shared sweet whispers and tender embraces. It was a lovely and peaceful way to wrap up their Chicago summer elopement.
Congratulations, Monica and Ismael! Your love story is a beautiful reminder of why I adore capturing Chicago summer elopements. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness and endless love.
