Becca and Ali’s Chicago rooftop wedding at Lacuna Loft was a perfect mix of casual, relaxed vibes and elegant touches. As a Chicago wedding photographer Lacuna Lofts is one of my favorite Chicago wedding venues. We started the day taking wedding party photos at one of my favorite spots Ping Tom Memorial Park. The view of the Chicago skyline and the two murals make awesome backdrops for photos.

The couple made their way up the stairs to the roof deck, where all their friends and family waited for them. The sun was still shining down on the city skyline, and it made for some beautiful photos of this couple as they vowed to always be there for each other. The couple wrote their own vows, and chose to read them aloud during the ceremony. They said that this was because they wanted everyone in attendance to know how much they appreciated them being there on such an important day in their lives.

Ali and Becca’s are such an awesome couple, and their chemistry is undeniable. I’m so glad that they chose Lacuna Loft for their rooftop ceremony—it was a magical wedding ceremony.

Becca and Ali’s Chicago rooftop wedding was a dream. The reception was held inside the loft with tall windows and fairy lights on the ceiling. The decorations were so beautiful, they were made by the bride herself! There were homemade centerpieces everywhere, and gorgeous flowers that complemented the decor perfectly. After the couple showed off their dance moves to a choreographed routine everyone got down on the dance floor and showed off their moves.
