Wedding Album Order Form

Congratulations! I'm thrilled that you've taken the first step in creating your very own Signature Album. To ensure it's a perfect reflection of your preferences, the form below will assist me in tailoring it just for you.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED ANY ASSISTANCE, DON'T HESITATE TO REACH OUT. I'M HERE TO HELP EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! 

1. Once you receive your wedding photos, please pick 100 favorites and create a "Wedding Album" folder in your gallery. Just click the “♥” to save the images. Let me know if you want me to choose the photos for you by indicating it in the album order form.
2. Fill out the order form 
3. Once I receive your order, payment and favorites photos, I will start creating your album. 
4. I'll send a proof of your album design. You have 2 weeks to let me know of any changes before a final draft is produced and the album is printed.
