As a Chicago elopement photographer, I’m fortunate to witness couples from all over the world choose this incredible city to celebrate their love. Kristine and Adrian’s Chicago fall elopement was truly one for the books. The couple traveled all the way from Canada to say “I do” at Chicago City Hall, drawn by the city’s iconic architecture and vibrant energy.
Their story begins in Malaysia, where they first met while working abroad. Years later, they found themselves embarking on a new adventure together in Chicago. Though it was late fall, the trees still held a touch of golden and crimson hues. The weather was also unseasonably perfect, a crisp but sunny day that set the stage for their special moment.
I met Kristine and Adrian right after their intimate City Hall ceremony, where their smiles radiated pure joy. From there, we set out to capture the essence of their love against some of Chicago’s most breathtaking backdrops. Our first stop was the Riverwalk, where the couple posed in front of the Marina Towers, their unique design symbolizing the modern yet timeless spirit of Chicago.
Next, we made our way to the iconic Wrigley Building. Its intricate details and striking white façade provided a stunning contrast to the vibrant fall colors that lingered in the background. Kristine and Adrian’s chemistry was undeniable, and their laughter echoed as we captured candid moments beneath the grand arches.
To round out their Chicago fall elopement, we strolled along Michigan Avenue, taking in the bustling city vibes. With the skyline towering above and the festive energy of the season in the air, it was the perfect ending to their day.
Kristine and Adrian’s journey and their decision to elope in Chicago encapsulate everything I love about Chicago elopement photography. Congratulations to this incredible couple—thank you for letting me be part of your unforgettable day!
