North Pond Engagement: Courtney & Chris
As a Chicago wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing countless love stories unfold before my lens. Each one is unique, with its own special moments and memories to cherish. Recently, I had the joy of photographing Courtney and Chris for their engagement session at North Pond in Lincoln Park.
The fall season added an extra layer of magic to our session. The vibrant colors of the changing leaves provided a stunning backdrop, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. As we strolled through the park, I couldn’t help but feel inspired by the love radiating between Courtney and Chris. Tips for bringing your pup on your photoshoot
One of the highlights of the session was the inclusion of their furry companion. Courtney and Chris brought along their adorable dog, who added an extra element of joy to our photoshoot. Bringing your dog to your engagement session can be a wonderful idea, but it requires some preparation to ensure everything goes smoothly. Here are some top tips for bringing your furry friend along:
- Choose a pet-friendly location: Before deciding on a location for your engagement session, make sure it’s pet-friendly. Parks like North Pond in Lincoln Park are perfect for including your dog in your photoshoot.
- Bring treats and toys: Keep your dog entertained and cooperative by bringing along their favorite treats and toys. These can be used as rewards for good behavior and can help keep them focused during the session.
- Consider your dog’s temperament: Not all dogs are comfortable in new environments or around strangers. Take your dog’s temperament into account when planning your session, and be prepared to adjust accordingly.
